We can get some of our Vitamin D needs from the sun. We typically do not get enough during the winter months, coinciding with increased illness, as we are indoors.
Some of these studies suggesting a link between Vitamin D deficiency and Covid-19 mortality date back to 2021. Why is it that we never hear about these studies?
